Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how deposits, refunds, and cancellations work for the services and products provided by Young World Marketing ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a service or signing an agreement, you agree to these terms.

Web Design Projects

Custom web design projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit reserves our time, covers project planning, and secures your place in our production schedule.

  • The deposit is not refundable once the project has started.
  • Progress payments are billed against milestones outlined in your proposal.
  • Final payment is due before the website is launched or transferred to your control.

Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project before final delivery. If you cancel after work has begun, the 50% deposit is retained and a $250 cancellation fee will apply. Any completed work beyond the deposit amount will be billed at the agreed hourly or milestone rate.

If we cancel the project for reasons within our control, we will refund any unused portion of payments received, minus the deposit.

Recurring Services

Hosting, SEO, maintenance, and other monthly recurring services are billed in advance. They renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel anytime with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
  • No refunds for the current billing period once it has started.
  • Prorated refunds are not offered for partial months.
  • Failure to pay a recurring invoice may result in suspension of services.

Digital Products & Templates

Digital products, templates, downloadable files, and pre-built assets are not returnable. Refunds are only provided if:

  • The file was corrupted or unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same item.

Exceptions

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. We may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion for cases such as extended illness, business closure, or other documented hardship, provided the request is made in writing.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly with any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of services and legal action to recover fees.
